OVERVIEW

All Cat Whisker Co products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. This means your item is printed and shipped specifically for you after your order is placed. We appreciate your patience — great things take a little time!

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 2–7 business days of purchase. Processing times may be longer during holidays or periods of high demand.

Please note: processing time is separate from shipping time.

SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated shipping times are:

United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

International
- Standard International: 10–20 business days
- Delivery times vary by destination and are not guaranteed

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

You can track your order directly through the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship to many countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Cat Whisker Co is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

1. Check around your property and with neighbors
2. Contact your local post office or carrier
3. Wait 2–3 additional business days, as packages are sometimes marked delivered early

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, contact us at catwhiskercosupport@gmail.com and we will do our best to help resolve the situation.

Please note: once an order is transferred to the carrier, Cat Whisker Co is not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by the carrier.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Cat Whisker Co is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away at catwhiskercosupport@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before production begins.
