HOW TO START A RETURN
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at support@catwhiskerco.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on where and how to send your package.
Please note: items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@catwhiskerco.com so we can make it right. Including a photo of the item and your order number will help us resolve things quickly.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom orders
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Personal care products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get a different size, color, or style is to return your original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for what you'd like instead.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the funds.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it, please contact us at support@catwhiskerco.com.

EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
